More excuses by email and no refund.Surplus and Adventure online have taken my money and will not refund it.
In my opinion this makes them thieves and liars. This company operates on the principle that they can string you along until you give up trying to get your money back.
The fact that they now cannot be contacted by phone speaks volumes.Small orders are particularly vulnerable, so my advice is to contact your bank act the earliest opportunity on how to progress a chargeback against their account to get your money back, or better still don\'t shop online with them.

Stock levels on the website are incorrect and are not updated as I found out when I ordered online last year and they didn't deliver. When they eventually answered the phone, they informed me that my order was not in stock and that I would have to wait for their supplier to deliver, so I cancelled the order. I have now spent the last six months trying to get a refund, only to be put off each time with one excuse after another. Having done some background checks on this company ahead of taking legal action against Surplus and Adventure I have found them to be not highly rated on a number of Customer Forums. I run a small business and cannot afford for my suppliers to be this poor. Many people are taking the time to write in to customer forums about Surplus and Adventure and their poor customer service. The General consensus of opinion is that Surplus and Adventure's online offering is untrustworthy at best. The lesson learned on my part is not to buy online from Surplus and adventure. There are plenty of alternatives and I won't be using them again.
